The cloud cover was a bit dark and looming, it put people off, a really quiet morning as I chewed on paracetamol and shivered in a hot/cold sweat. Elizabeth came with me to set up and was an absolute star. Later Simon came down and brought his Mum and the rest of the children. We had a picnic lunch together and then my Mum and Dad arrived.
This is what my little offering looked like;
The bunting looked really really good, lots of people came and admired but no one bought any to take home;

Your website is a rainbow of joy!
Congratulations and best wishes from an Estonian living in North-Italy :)
So sorry about yesterday. Hope you've got your feet up today and I hope that you are feeling a bit better.
So sorry, I dont know why anyone didn't buy anything your stall looked fab...as always. Shame on them for not supporting local hand made. We all know you're fab Alex. Hugs xxx
Hope you're starting to feel better...? You're stall looks fab and I can't believe you didn't sell much! When are you doing your next one? H x
Your stall - especially your bunting - looked amazing! I think these fairs are very hit and miss, sadly.
I LOVE your bunting, I've had a peep on your etsy shop but couldnt see any, please can I buy some :)
sue x
Oh so sorry to hear your stall didn't do well, what a shame, with all that effort you put in as well. I think some people don't know a good thing when they see it, do they?
I hope everyone is feeling better soon.
Lots of hugs to you all xx
I'm in total agreement with everyone else your stall looked fab! I had a similar experience at the fair I did on Saturday too (even down to the mum and mum-in-law bit!) so you're not alone x
Your stall looked lovely! And as for the only just covering your costs thing, I had one where I didn't even manage that much. I think I'm going to give it up as a bad job till Christmas!
